In the Lounge and on the Patio and Deck
The lounge, patio, and deck are golf casual for both lunch and dinner. This means we follow the same dress code as on the golf course.
Appropriate golf clothes must be worn at all times. Men and boys wear shirts with sleeves and collars ... turtlenecks and mock-turtlenecks are okay. Women and girls wear shirts which have sleeves or are traditional sleeveless (styled like a sleeved shirt).
Everyone's shorts must be no shorter than 5 inches above the knee. Skirts, skorts, and similar attire must be no shorter than 5 inches above the knee.
None of us likes to see T-shirts, tank tops, halters or strapless tops, tennis shorts, jogging shorts or cutoffs on the course. So we don't wear them.
Baseball caps must be worn with the bills facing forward. Golf shoes with soft spikes are what we wear ... other shoes need to be approved by the Pro Shop.
Jeans may be worn in the fall and winter ... when Pacific Standard Time is in effect. When worn, jeans are always clean, neat and presentable. Jeans are not worn during the spring and summer. We define this period as when Pacific Daylight Time is in effect.
In the Dining Room
For lunch the dress code in the dining room is golf casual, the same as the lounge.
For dinner the dining room is informal. Informal means wearing a suit and tie is likely over-dressed ... but we don't wear shorts and jeans in the dining room for dinner. For men and boys, collared dress shirts or polo shirts with trousers or khakis work well. For women and girls, casual tops or blouses with slacks, capri pants, or skirts are fine. Hats are not accepted in the dining room.
